WA Mermaids is a collective of talented and passionate performers who help deliver high quality, magical parties and events across all of WA.
As a team, we pride ourselves on our ability to create lasting memories for our customers and deliver truly magical & unforgettable experiences. Our Mermaids only use premium costumes, including silicone Mermaid Tails and Premium Accessories, and all of our performers are experienced in Children’s Work and hold a WWCC.
We build strong relationships with our customers and work closely to ensure their party or event dreams come true.
Above all, our team have one thing in common – they all LOVE what they do and truly enjoy delivering magical experiences and leaving a lasting impression!
MEET OUR DIRECTOR
Jessie
Jessie is the Owner and Director of WA Mermaids, formerly operating solely under Mermaid Melody. Jessie has over 7 years of childrens entertainment and musical theatre experience, and always dreamed of being a professional Mermaid since the age of 7. Fast forward to today and what started as a one woman band has now turned into a collective of performers that all share Jessie’s enthusiasm & passion. Jessie’s ability to interact with children, storytell and deliver the magic is what sets her apart from others, and it’s these skills that she now passed on to her team to ensure her customers get the same magical experience from all members of the team.
In her own time, Jessie enjoys crafting, singing, and spending time with her family and pets.

Co-Owner & Admin
Daniel is our Co-Owner and spends most of his time behind the scenes these days running admin for WA Mermaids, but you’ll also occasionally see him as a Pirate at your local beach! He has a wealth of experience in Childrens Work & is passionate about building long lasting relationships with our clients.

Claire is an integral member of our team and has over 9 years of experience childrens entertainment work. She has a background in Marine Eco-Tourism and Environmental Conservation and is passionate about sharing her love for the Ocean in her work.
BRYCE
Performer
Bryce is an actor and a Perth-based party performer, with a penchant for pirates, and a love of live events and educational theatre. Pirate Myles will sail the seven seas to bring the pARRty to life with games, laughter, and most importantly… treasure!
HANNAH
Mermaid & Performer
Hannah loves to create a fun, magical, and inclusive environment through Auslan! Hannah works in Deaf education and community, and is passionate about creating a deaf-inclusive environment wherever she goes. Hannah’s goal is to ensure that everyone feels embraced, no matter deaf or hearing, fins or feet.

Performer
Matthew has had a love for performing since his childhood, partaking in every primary and high school drama production he could. Funnily enough, one of his first roles was none other than the Pirate Captain Hook himself! Matthew currently studies at WAAPA completing a Bachelor of Performing Arts – Performance Making.
REBECCA
Performer
Rebecca began acting at the age of 11 and hasn’t stopped finding ways to perform since. She has trained with AMEB, Just Improvise, WAYTCo., and WAAPA. She loves bringing to life fantastical and magical characters, and believes the best part of any role is being able to share an experience.
JOSH
Performer
Josh the Pirate is a veteran performer, producer and director best known for being one half of the comedy puppet duo Pupperotica and his Humblewood setting on YouTube and Twitch.
LIVINIA
Performer
Liv has a huge passion for singing and performing, and has been trained as a singer for 11years, during this time, she has been very successful in winning many singing and musical theatre events. Liv also enjoys modelling and being in front of a camera, portraying different characters and would one day love to study at WAAPA to continue her dream of working in the arts.
GEORGIA
Performer
Georgia is a passionate entertainer and is currently honing her craft pursuing a Bachelor of Performing Arts majoring in performance making at WAAPA. From her early years, she has been enamored with theatre and entertainment, dedicated to crafting magical moments for audiences.
JASMINE
Performer
Jasmine is a bright, kind, and funny girl. She loves to make people smile and laugh with her funny voices and faces. Jasmine also loves to sing, and has been singing from the day she could talk.

Performer
Ahoy there! Set sail with Pirate Redbeard, the swashbuckling screen performer who’s a treasure at kids’ parties. From pirate tales to high-seas adventures, he brings the thrill of the seven seas to every celebration, ensuring a jolly good time for all young buccaneers!
NICOLE
Performer
Nicole is a passionate musician, performer and award winning youth director from Perth, Western Australia. She loves performing and bringing magic to adults and children alike.
PYPER
Performer
Pyper is a bubbly actress, working on the stage and on the big screen, for shows and films. She enjoys dressing up and simply having a load of fun.
PAIGE
Performer
Paige is a bright, enthusiastic, and dedicated performer who loves meeting new people and creating magical memories with them. She has been trained in dance from a young age and more recently acting as well as just starting her entertainment career at the Perth Royal Show. She hopes one day she is able to pursue a career as an actress.
